About H69
H69 is a paid social communication application service where users can earn potential profits by creating and publishing private photos and live videos.
These terms of service, including our privacy policy (collectively referred to as "terms"), are the guidelines for using H69. If you use H69, it means you accept and agree to abide by these terms. If you disagree with any term, or if you are not satisfied with H69, our only suggestion is to stop using H69.
We reserve the right to modify the terms at any time. If we make significant changes, we will strive to post change notices on the official website or notify you through other reasonable methods. When you continue to use H69, it means you agree to the terms of these updates.
When you use H69, we will communicate with you through electronic communication methods, including emails and push notifications. You understand and agree that the agreements, notifications, message postings, and other electronic written forms we provide to you meet legal requirements.
You understand and agree that using H69 will generate mobile network data fees, and these data fees will be borne entirely by you.
We reserve the right to do the following at any time for any reason, without responsibility in situations with or without notice:
- (i) Modify, suspend, or terminate H69 or any of its functions;
- (ii) Limit, restrict, suspend, or terminate your use of H69 or any of its features;
- (iii) Delete, block, or ban the content you post in H69;
- (iv) Monitor whether you comply with the terms and any applicable laws when using H69 (including any content or messages you publish or transmit in H69)
- (v) Investigate any suspicious or alleged abuse or illegal use of H69 and cooperate with law enforcement investigations.
Using H69
You can let your followers see photos and live videos you create and publish on H69. You can also follow or watch other H69 users' photos and live videos, and send private messages to other H69 users. When users use the H69 camera function to take photos or live videos, the content is proprietary to H69. You can only browse the content in H69 and cannot share or export it to places outside H69.
When users create photos or live videos in H69 (hereinafter referred to as "content"), the content creator (hereinafter referred to as "creator") can let his/her followers (hereinafter referred to as "followers") view his/her content for a fee or free of charge (hereinafter referred to as "free content" and "paid content"). For paid content, creators will set a certain number of "H69 points" according to the fees they expect to charge, and H69 will charge a small platform service fee. Followers need to purchase equivalent "H69 points" in the app and complete payment to watch the content.
You can check your H69 point balance (hereinafter referred to as "balance") in H69. Your balance includes:
- (i) H69 points you have purchased/recharged but have not yet spent on other creators' paid content;
- (ii) H69 points paid to you by other followers who want to watch your paid content and H69 points gifted to you by other followers (all referred to as "earnings").
Important tips:
- (i) We do not own or control user content in H69. All user content transactions and interactions in H69 are only between the creator and his/her followers. If content is deleted by H69 in accordance with legal provisions or at the request of the host, users have no right to object;
- (ii) If the creator hosts various private events through the platform, its content is irrelevant to the official, and the official has no responsibility to compensate or refund.
H69 Users
H69 is a social communication platform for respectful and responsible adults. Users can create any video/photo/text content, which may include adult information.
When you start using H69, it means you understand that the app contains adult content and you declare and guarantee:
- (i) You are at least eighteen years old;
- (ii) You will fully comply with these terms;
- (iii) You accept full responsibility for using H69 on any device, whether or not the device belongs to you;
- (iv) You accept full responsibility for any content you create or provide;
- (v) When using H69, you will not violate these terms or any applicable law.
Account Registration
You must register an account to access and use H69. When registering, you must provide a valid email address, username, and password. You also need to create your personal profile and related content in H69 to complete your H69 personal profile. Please note that during the process of creating an account, we may need your phone number to verify your account.
Before completing H69 registration, you declare and guarantee:
- (i) All personal information and content for account registration (including content imported from Facebook and Twitter or other social media services) is genuine personal information and content provided by you to us;
- (ii) You have never registered or owned a H69 account (including registration through different emails, usernames, or phone numbers);
- (iii) If you have owned a H69 account before, your old account has not been suspended or terminated for violating these terms;
- (iv) The H69 account you register belongs to you personally and legally, and you will not sell, rent, lend, or transfer your account to anyone else without our written permission;
- (v) You cannot and will not attempt to log into H69 through unauthorized third-party applications.
You will bear all responsibility for all actions of your account. You have the responsibility to maintain the security and confidentiality of your login information. You also agree that if you think someone is using or is using your account without your permission, or if you are alerted in any way that violates security, you will notify us immediately.
In-App Purchases
If you want to watch others' paid content, you must purchase and pay for equivalent H69 points in the app. The app store may charge sales tax depending on where you live (for detailed information, please check the terms and policies of your app store).
Important tip: All H69 points purchased in the app are non-refundable. You clearly understand and agree that you purchase H69 points in the H69 app to watch paid content, and neither the provider of the paid content nor we have any obligation to provide a refund for any reason. You also agree that we will only make necessary corrections and adjustments if your account balance is incorrect due to H69 software maintenance or other technical faults.
Account Suspension
You deactivate
If you want to deactivate your H69 account, please contact H69 Customer Service: [email protected]. We will terminate your account within 60 working days after receiving your deactivation request.
Important tip: After your account is deactivated, the remaining H69 points in your account will be deemed permanently void.
Deactivated by the official
You clearly understand and agree that we reserve the right to deactivate your account in the following situations:
- (i) You violate these terms or any applicable law when using H69;
- (ii) You have not logged into H69 for more than 60 days and have not logged into H69 within 7 days after being notified by the official. Important tip: If your account is deactivated for the above reasons, the remaining H69 points in your account will be deemed permanently void.
Prohibited Behavior
We require all H69 users to abide by the terms at all times when using H69. You cannot use H69 to do the following:
- Forge account registration information, or unauthorized use of others' information or content;
- Engage in any illegal conduct or purpose in any way or for any purpose, including involving any violation of personal or entity rights;
- Create, upload, publish, display, or disseminate any of the following user content: (i) infringe on others' copyrights, trademarks, privacy, publicity, or other property or personal rights (for example, using names, portraits, images, or others' identities without their consent); Create, copy, reproduce, publish, or modify any content that does not belong to you or that has not been explicitly written permission from the content owner (including taking photos or screenshots, etc.);
- Reverse engineer, reverse engineer, or attempt to dig out the H69 source code in any other way;
- Interfere with the operation of any server, network, or system related to H69 in any way, including but not limited to hacking, spamming, or performing service attacks, destruction or circumvention of firewalls, encryption mechanisms, security authentication procedures, etc., or attempting to watch messages and other people's accounts that you have not explicitly authorized;
- Use any automated program, tool, or script (including but not limited to web crawlers, robots, and automated scripts) to enter H69 or any server, network, and related systems of H69; or collect or obtain content or information from H69;
- Engage in any behavior that violates this agreement or any applicable law when using H69.
It is forbidden to use any behavior to guide existing H69 users to new accounts or other accounts for consumption (for example, it is not allowed to encourage existing H69 users to create new accounts for storage, or to guide existing H69 users to purchase H69 diamond points through non-https://h69.club/ links or non-officially certified methods). Violators and users involved in this behavior will immediately revoke the use rights of that account, unconditionally recover all diamond points in the account, and must compensate H69 for related losses.
